Comprehensive Planning
The City of Yutan has been working with Five Rule Planning over the last two years to update the city's Comprehensive Plan. At the same time, Five Rule and the city worked to create a Downtown Revitalization Plan and a Housing Study. The City of Yutan was able to secure grant funding through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and grants through NIFA to help offset the costs of these projects. Five Rule presented the plans to the City Council on January 12th, a formal public hearing will be held at the Planning Commission and City Council meetings in February to adopt the comprehensive plan. These documents will help guide the city's development for several years.
