Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Agendas are posted at Yutan City Hall, the Yutan Post Office, and First State Bank in accordance with state statute. Please do not remove posted copies of agendas as they are for public viewing. Agendas are available online and through the city office should you want a personal copy. Minutes are available after being signed by the mayor.

Description
Yutan is governed by a mayor and a four-member city council that the people of the city elect. Being the elected representative of the people, the Governing Body adopts all ordinances and resolutions and determines the general goals and policies.
