Mayor Mike Kelly has previously served as a council member from the East Ward for 2 years before being elected to mayor in 2022.  Mike and his wife Kyle have lived in the community for the last 34 years.  Together they have raised three children in Yutan, 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.  Mike chose to serve the community as a way to give back.  His goals for this term are to serve the citizens of Yutan to the best of his ability and to do so without any raises to the levy.
