The following is a tentative schedule for the Planning Commission, these dates are subject to change due to holidays or lack of agenda.

City of Yutan 2023 Planning Commission Schedule

Preliminary Plats-Final Plats-Replats-Rezoning-Conditional Use Permit-Zoning Text Amendment-Other Items Requiring a Public Hearing

• A pre-application meeting is required prior to the submission of a preliminary plat or replat.
• Materials must be submitted 30 days prior to the publication deadline for review
• Depending on location and scope additional review time may be required.
• All application requirements must be submitted prior to the scheduling of a public hearing.
• Application deadlines and meeting dates are subject to change due to holidays.
• Inadequate submittals may delay meeting dates. 
• State statutes require an annual meeting for the Planning Commission; more meetings may be added as needed and meetings with no agenda items may be canceled.
• Any actions that do not receive a recommendation from the planning commission will be tabled at the following council meeting.
• Special meetings may be called if necessary.
