Yutan Community's Zoning Code
On January 20, 2026, the Yutan City Council approved Ordinance #816 to adopt the Yutan Community's Zoning Code, including the Official Zoning Map. Following state law and proper procedure for ordinance adoption, the ordinance will become effective on February 4, 2026. City Staff will continue using the current zoning ordinance (located here) until February 4th.
