Comprehensive Planning

The City of Yutan has been working with Five Rule Planning over the last two years to update the city's Comprehensive Plan. At the same time, Five Rule and the city worked to create a Downtown Revitalization Plan and a Housing Study. The City of Yutan was able to secure grant funding through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and grants through NIFA to help offset the costs of these projects.
