Community Redevelopment Authority

The Community Redevelopment Authority (CRA) meets as needed throughout the year. The CRA was formed to oversee all the Tax Increment Funding (TIF) projects in Yutan. TIF projects help spur development by utilizing the additional funds generated to pay for improvements to the community. Over the last decade, TIF has helped redevelop parts of the downtown and helped create the Itan neighborhood.
