On January 20, 2026, the Yutan City Council approved Ordinance #816 to adopt the Yutan Community's Zoning Code , including the Official Zoning Map . Following state law and proper procedure for ordinance adoption, the ordinance will become effective on February 4, 2026. The prior zoning ordinance is located here for the public's reference.
