A proposed revision of the City's zoning regulations has been drafted for consideration by the public. The proposed revision, titled the "Yutan Community's Zoning Code," and its Official Zoning Map will be reviewed by the City Council under Ordinance #816 during its October, November, and December 2025 meetings. The tree grinding from the August wind storm is finished and we have plenty of mulch for free for Yutan residents. There are two piles and you are welcome to take from either. If you have any questions please call the City office at 402-625-2112 we are open from 8-4:30 Monday-Friday.
