When there is business before its members, the City's Planning Commission typically meets at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of the month at the City Offices located at 112 Vine Street. The specific date of meetings is subject to change due to holidays, lack of agenda, or scheduling issues. Agendas and meeting minutes for the current year will be posted below by the corresponding date; information about prior year's meetings can be found on the Agenda & Minutes page.

NOTES:
- All applications must be submitted to the City Office and deemed sufficient prior to being scheduled for public hearing; inadequate applications are not guaranteed to be scheduled for review. The scheduling of any item for review during a regular meeting of the Planning Commission is dependent upon satisfying legal notice deadlines prescribed by state statute.
- Any actions that do not receive a recommendation from the Planning Commission will be tabled at the following council meeting.
- State statute requires four quarterly meetings of the Planning Commission each year, three of which may be canceled due to lack of business before the Commission.
- Special meetings may be called if necessary.
